Instructions for Presentation
A technical session consists of several 15-minute presentations, each including a 3-minute Q&A session. Please note the following guidelines.
General Guidelines (for Speakers and Chairs)
- Each presentation lasts 15 minutes, including a 3-minute Q&A session. The timekeeper will announce the elapsed time by ringing a bell (1st bell: 10 min, 2nd bell: 12 min, final bell: 15 min).
- The times shown in the program are Indochina Time (ICT, UTC+7).
- All presenters are expected to attend the session during their assigned time slot. If a presenter is absent at the scheduled time, the presentation will be marked as a no-show. In such a case, please wait until the next presenter's slot, instead of moving on to the next presenter.
- All presenters are requested to bring their own laptop computer for the presentation. The projector in the conference room can be connected via HDMI, and an HDMI cable will be provided.
For Session Chairs
- Introduce the speaker during the session; the two chairs can decide on the format of introductions.
- Keep the speakers on schedule. Since many attendees would like to attend paper presentations from several parallel sessions, it is important that each paper is presented during its allocated time slot.
- Check the sheet to confirm whether each presenter gave their presentation in person.
