All participants must register and pay the registration fees via the online registration site (We only accept online registration for SICE2025). The online registration system is operated by PaperCept

- The registrations include the access to the conference/virtual venue, electronic proceedings, streamed live sessions, tutorials, workshops, closing reception, and on-demand presentations.
- The Full and Student Society Member rates apply to members of the following societies: SICE, ECTI, IEEE, ICROS, ISA, CAA, CS, JEMIMA, CIS, and ACA. (Some technical co-sponsorships are still tentative.)

- Tutorials and Workshops are for registrants of SICE 2025. To attend Tutorials and Workshops, registration for SICE 2025 is required.
IMPORTANT
- If your final paper exceeds allowed page limit, please complete the final submission information on your author workspace first, only then register and excess page fees will appear automatically. You cannot pay extra page fee directly without the above step.
- To generate the receipt for your registration fee, please log into the registration system, click ’view registration history‘, and ’printer friendly copy‘.
- The deadline for early registration is July 31, 2025, PST, which is independent of the final submission deadline.

Registration Fee
- Please note that registration fees are in Japanese yen as a requirement of the payment registration procedure. Participants can register and pay from the PaperCept registration page. Only credit card payments are accepted.
- Full Society Member rates are also applied to SICE supporting Members.
- Advance registration is required by July 1, 2025 in order to upload the final material of accepted contributions.
- All registered participants will be able to download the conference proceedings from the conference webpage.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation on or before July 31, 2025, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (10% of the fee). Please note all refunds will be made after the conference. Note that, after July 31, 2025, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any case, if your registration is used to upload your contribution (final paper/video) for SICE2025, your registration fee cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be processed online through PaperCept registration system .
